    2. kun kabantay ka g urom relax lang ayaw pa ngusog (sa imong urom gi kugokod kag unggo, nahulog ka sa pangpang,etc..) paninguha makalihok ka sa imong mga tiil aron maka mata ka.
    effective .. pero mangusog man gud ko .. mura nay struggle ba then diha nako maka mata ..

    most of the time mura musiyaggit gud ko .. then makamata nako hehehe

    sa ako nabasahan ang urom daw kay mau nang gtawag nato sa english ug sleep paralysis... mutuo man ko ug mga ungo2 pero kani lain ra ni.. ang imu lawas daw mushut down while imu brain mata pa usa sa mga symptoms ani kay " terrifying hallucinations (hypnopompic or hypnagogic) and an acute sense of danger.     sleeping in a face upwards or supine position
    Increased stress
    Sudden environmental/lifestyle changes
    A lucid dream that immediately precedes the episode.
    Excessive consumption of alcohol coupled with lack of adequate sleep
