bro if kugihan lang ka. jogging lang sa abellana 3 or 4 times a week for about 40 mins to 1 hour. no need for you for diet. just try to lessen your "carbo" and "cold water" intake...
kana segurado jud ko mo gamay ka in due time. ayaw lang jud ug pagdali apili lang pud ug gamay na pasensya.
