Responsibilities:
Technical troubleshooting and fault isolation techniques must be utilized to isolate and resolve system and customer issues. Coordination of service testing with all involved providers must be performed until the customer’s service is up and working. Handle incoming calls and tickets in a network operations center environment. Emphasis is on technical troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues and requests.

Requirements:
Network Processing Analyst:
Graduate of a 4-5 year course
IP Networking knowledge is required
At least 1 year work experience in a technical or operations position in a telecommunications or BPO company

I think dili sila hiring ASE. Napan-os na akong application for that position.

This is the spirit. Kesa magyaw-yaw nga dugay kaayo ang processing sa application, ngano man diay if try nalang gyud sa lain company. No offense meant. Hehe. If needed gyud ang isa ka tao ug work, then by all means, he should direct himself to find one.
Accenture is a nice company. But as i obeserved, real-time pud ang need. Kung naa project demands, if qualified ka, diha-diha dayon, ma-hire ka. Pero if future demands pa cya, naa pud na possibility nga dili mag push thru. Halos man tingali tanan company mag pooling ug talents. Accenture is not an exemption. Timing-timing ra ni mga bro. If ikaw para sa ACN, then ang ACN pud para nimo, aw, makatiming ra lagi ka.

Mao ba. sayanga jud atu ni text sila nako sauna na hiring sila ASE.. wala ko ni apply kay nag work naman ko bag.ohay atu sa laen company.. karn nuon na ni resign nako wala na.. T_T
