    i dont eat meat control na tanan no meat vegetarian and fuitarian nako. i lost a lot of weight can u imagine niabot sa 23 ako waistline? when nag exercise ko and dicipline lang i was completely happy and satisfied with my life.. if you wanna make a lot of changes in ur life..
    start it by motivating urself.. and when soon enuf ul SHINE especially in big events like "reunion" Inspire urself.!

    wow, im inspired with your story.. mine is the total opposite.. when i was still single my waistline was only 23-25. but 4 years ago i got married and have baby my god its a nightmare i measure at least 30 until now as in fat jud so annoying. i hate it, i just cant control myself.. i know DISCIPLINE is what i really need..

    so far i i loss 3.3kilo, i started on diet 2 weeks ago what im doing s every night before going to bed i drink FITNE' SLimming Tea and then during the day cge lang kog kaon ug fruit but ginagmay lang, next to nothing lang ako rice. then 3X a week play badminton at racquet zone in montebello.. i would prefer to play in pats coz its 50% cheaper than montebello and more accessible for me but my friends lives closer to montebello so i have no choice.. hehehe..

    also if anybody wanted to play badminton and closer to pats in cabancalan pls pm me let me know.. thanks

    try gani ninyo after every meal ang inyong imnon nga water kai luke warm dba dli ka dali gutumon...pero pag bugnaw nga tubig kai dali rako gutumon..

    control lng gyud sa kaon.. eat healty foods like veges and fruits.. ayaw lng palabi kaon. naaman pud alternative ways para pampadaot like naa kay imnon nga supplements with regular exercise hehehe...

    dako man kog kaon pero daut man japon ko ingon sila unya ra ko manambok if maminyo nko kay ingon ana man akong mga kaliwat pero depende raman jud na if patuyang ka sa imong lawas.
