The book is taught to all citizens of libya, 2 hours per week and is considered mandatory per government policy. If you contrast that to what our very own people know in our country, majority do not even know or assert their own rights.

Heck even some politicians don't even know what they are talking about, in actual practice, each politician gets his own legal staff that does his own dirty work for him, rarely is it that some of these are from their own ideas.
