    I've been searching for many months for the recipe of Pastel de Leche. Kana specialty sa Camiguin (Cagayan de Oro). Kana gani sof bread den naa yema or condensada na filling. Hope you can help me have the recipe.

    Murag secreto ra ciguro na nila kay usa raman ka tindahan gyud ang namaligya ana (as fresh) when I was there last jan 2005...

    for the sauce just buy 1 bottle of charsiu sauce. its a bit thick. just get a teaspoon from the bottle and dilute it with warm water according to your desired consistency. viola, you now have a sauce for your minced pork. :mrgreen:

    Tnx Pandisal ha!....Naka research nuon ko pan de leche ra but mrag duol duol na na. Experiment lang cguro ko. Butangan ang pan de leche ug yema sa sulod. hehehe....tanawon lang nako unsay gawas nya......

    Jello shots


    Ingredients:
    2 cups Everclear , 190 proof
    3 packages Jello with sugar
    3 cups Water

    Mixing instructions:
    Boil 3 cups of water then add jello. Mix jello and water until jello is
    completely disolved. Add the two cups of everclear and mix together. Pour
    mixture into plastic shot glasses and chill until firm. Then, eat away...




    this is fun!

    naa ko recipe shiomai pero di man kaayo lami...kanang sa tisa labangon o lami kaayo...siopao recipe na post na? sorry ta-as na man gud ang thread wa na nako nabasa tanan..

    Naa koy recipe sa sioami brod pero wala naku nadala ngari..Pero sometimes I make simao w/out the recipe..mm system akong gigamit..mata-mata or estimate..ground pork, shrimp, olive oil, salt, pepper, little brown sugar, crushed carrots,and secreto ani brod kay singgamas na gi crash..mix all into a bowl then put into a siomai wrap then steam.

    Another thing aron lame imong siomai, imong sauce..
    here is my recipe for the sauce..

    Preheat frying pan then put little olive oil, garlic, crushed pork including fats, pour the bagoong then add chilli and add little brown sugar ( optional ra ni siya ang sugar )..unya tupari dayon ug lemonsito..
