BOTH are crap so lets not make this compulsery. If the people behind this program has no bad intention, they will not push this to be compulsery. Let it be voluntarily.

Its not word of mouth bai, its the reality. It happened in my school, it happened in most schools too. Means this crap(bad image of ROTC) happened in most schools. CWTS is mas ok kay community service and since it existed (CWTS), walay corruptio sa CWTS. ROTC is now desperate kay wala naman makorakot ang mga officials and personnels. Plain and simple raman ang gusto sa mga officials ug personnels sa ROTC, korakots!
Kung dili affected ang income nila, I doubt they want this thing to be compulsery again.
