this is one thingg also i do not understand why applicants would think they are best and yet wala dawata....sa work it's not all about maayo ka mo english or may abilidad ka....counted pud na ang pamatasaan...kung akoy tag-iya sa kompanya, why would i dare hiring someone who acts and thinks as if he/she owns the company? mura ra kog nangitag bato nga ipukpok sa ulo....![]()

i aGreE...the kind of thougshts and words nga mugawas sa imong mouth reflects who you are. usa sa mga variables ang sweldo...
kung ang company dunay standard salary, then ang expectation sa applicant kay more, given nga skills-wise maayo ang applicant inig shortlisting ana kay naturally, out of 20 dili gyud na pwede nga i-number one priority especially kung ang position entails a hundred or more like csr, call center agent....pero kung specialized ang skills pwede pa sigurong apason....
parehas ra nag nag judge ug beauty pageant....kung ang crown para imoha, imuha gyud na....so kung ang work para sa imo, bisag alihan pag pader maimo gyud.
