Well that's why he's undefeated. He's a very smart technical boxer. Throughout the match he utilized his reach on pac. Sad to say there's very little room for controversy. He basically slowed the pace of the fight to where Pac's explosiveness isn't a factor. That's basically what I figured from PBF. Hold and keep distance the first few rounds, because that was Pac's biggest chance to win. The rest of the fight, he masterfully used his reach and counterpunch ability--his bread and butter.

On the other side of the coin this is why I'm not keen on Olympic-style boxing, they put too much stress in points. In the end MMA will only become more popular, because boxing rewards too much on technical aspects even if it takes away the entertainment factor in a fight. Only boxing purists can enjoy those kinds of fights.

Mayweather vs Pacquiao...who's the winner? MMA by unanimous decision.

Agree. If they don't change the rules on scoring and how to deal with early clinching and running, many more Floyd Mayweathers will pop up by time and kill the sport. Boxing will die.

Bro boxing is a violent sports, di na sad maihap ang namatay tungod ana. Pinaka last man siguro kay pinoy ang nakaingon kontra australiano nga boxer. If you can win the fight without seriously hurting your opponent, don't you think that's better than winning it short of killing him. Di pod ikalimod ang brain damage ana later in life. Kung gusto mog real fight wa na sa boxing or even modern MMA, naa ra jud na sa street fight.

Bro.. in the old days, boxers didn't have anything on their hands. It's blood and bruises. That's how boxing is. It's about men dishing out who can knock out the other guy first, and not hit and run.

Anything you do can kill you, regardless if you're a boxer or not. Sitting in your office chair for hours can kill you. More people are killed in their sleep compared to people killed while boxing. Thrombosis from your "undercirculated" leg reaches your heart and causes Heart Congestion.

For decades, boxing was created to be violent. It involved lots of blood, facial fractures, puffed up eyes, brain damage and trauma. And people enjoyed it. But due to some changes of fighting style like what Floyd is utilizing, people are getting less entertained and it will certainly end the era of this sport. So, MMA is the real winner here.

People enjoyed it? Maybe only the blood thirsty lot. Bisan si Aling Dionesia ug Jinky gusto na nga mo retire si Manny kay basin ma seriously injured siya. Kung ma happen ni Manny ang na happen ni Margarito nga hapit molugwa ang mata, malipay sad kaha mo? Don't you think you're just being biased here? Hinumdumi mga tawo pod na mga boxers, they're not robots nga puede ra nato pa buhaton sa atoa gusto. Wa na man siguro ta sa times mga gladiators where people cry for blood, or aren't we not that civilized yet?

Any boxer knows the dangers of the sport. Ikaw ra siguro dili aware ana bro. Yeah, they are humans but then again, they know what they are getting into in the first place. Any boxer is aware of some severe injuries and/or even death bisan sa local fighters lang, aware man gani ko unsay nahitabo sa uban boxers sa amoang lugar nga dili pa na sila sikat, because of boxing.

MMA is much more brutal compared to boxing, and, yes, there are so many 'blood thirsty' people who like to watch it. Your point again?
