I mean ang IT sa Fluor is outsourced. IBM bro. Ang IT nga nag serve sa Fluor is provided by IBM.

dili, sa tanan design. SmartPlant 3D, SmartPlant Instrumentation, SmartPlant P&ID, etc. pwede sad ang naay programming knowledge sa pag develop tools para sa design softwares like PDMS, PDS etc.

its Intergraph's and Aveva's job to develop tools for their software.
so if you are an IT grad who specialize in programming skills, then you are better off applying to these companies.

However, if you are an IT grad who knows how to use these softwares, then thats another story.
A story that employers are interested to know about.
Employer such as Fluor.

ideally ana. pero in reality and I know na ang companies ang nag develop ug tools. I know kay naka apil ko sa development ug tools sa SmartPlant Instrumentation na side sa isa ka company. sa present company nag develop sila with coordination sa nag create sa software. I attended a meeting with an aveva representative last year and we showed them what we have developed and asked for suggestions also from us.

Anyway ako point was, if you are an IT grad and you want to work for Fluor, apply in IBM.
