If only there's pldt available in my place i will transfer immediately my subscription to them. Globe is so much headache for me this few months, i"m on an internet business so it's a big a loss everytime there's disconnection.

Ok man ang ilang Broadband sa Globe. Im using Broadband globelines for almost 2 months napud. ang problem lng jud is kung naa ka e-report sa Customer service hotline, dugy kaau ma fix. like sa-una, Ive experienced waiting for 1 week para lng makakuha ug update, ky naguba kuno ang cabinet kuno sa ako line. sige lng saad na tawagan ko ug tech engr. in 24hrs pero wala jud. it took days para makakuha ko ug update wherein i need to call Cust. Service hotline several times.

They are not ONE CALL SOLUTION .. but so far, when it comes to internet connection, its all good.
You just need to know the other tech stuff. like if wala ka internet connection, before calling the technical support (wherein you will be put on hold for more than 20minutes before ma entertain ka ug tech support rep) try going to the gateway sa modem, try to reboot the connection or diagnose it. it will fix mostly.

gud am mga bro's mangutana ta ko kung nakaabot naba ang globe DSL sa toledo(specifically sa lutopan)? i havent been there for quite sometime and my family is planning to put up an internet cafe to vacuum the demand for internet connectivity.

i have a question lang. i hope mabasahan ni sa mga taga GLBB. i got my connection last sept. 12. ingon ang taga GLBB nga akong connection kay explose gold(5MBPS)... niabot akong bill pag sept 27. Php1,600+ akong bayronon pero free man ang phone for 1 year maong Php1,100+ nalang. akong question is, nganong 1,1k ra man akong bayronon? which is supposed to be 2.9k? nganong di man moabot ug 500kbps akong speed? asta video streaming perting hinaya? unsa ba gyud akong tinuod nga connection? am i really on explore gold?

mao gyud.. daghan na kaau globe subscribers karon unlike for the past 2 years.. sa una naa ray 1300 to 2700 active connections pero karon PUNO na ang ip blocks 203.177.0.0 - 203.177.255.255!! karon padung na sad mapuno ang 124.6.128.0 - 124.6.191.255!!! Busa kato naay REKLAMO as GLOBE pamalhin namo ug lain planeta aw ISP diay..
