first employed ko dira 5 yrs ang contract then after half a year nag force leave then na void ang contract due, cause the contract indicated if the company no longer give you a job within a specific time then there will be a force resignation. then after 6 months nanawag nsad nako then mao na sad after my training to another project nag force leave dayon amf. wala pako ka sugod sa work force leave nasad. then after that nanawag nasad nako too bad naa ko sa manila na nagpuyo. nanawag kay tungod void nasad ang contract. force leave force resignation nasad. hehehe. kapuya ana trabahua oist. ok unta nga company kay dili pilian ug employee. bisag tigulang naka, basta naa paka kamot ug sakto sad ug utok pede naka trabaho. dili pareho sa uban company like owned ng asian country pilian kaayo. naa age limit ug height limitation. sa innodata kay american company man jud.

gud luck. count nalng how long ang force leave. kay mas taas pa ang force leave sa working days.

lolz hahahaha. makatawa nalng ko ana experience. pero if we talk about the benefits. ok ra sad daghan man benefits sa innodata. ambot lang sad unsa ang situation sa management karon. kay sauna pa mana about 2 yrs ago. nag plan man sad ko mubalik dira kay dili man kaayo pressure sa trabaho. relax sad dili parehas sa uban company sad. hehehe indexer ba nindot na nga work sa innodata kay dili same sa ubang project mas stable ang ilang production and demand sa clients. kay mas maayo man jud ta ug english unlike sa ubang country. pero mucompete ra ba nato ang india pero naa man gihapon innodata didto hehehe. hope this will clear some pros and cons of innodata company.

i think they are not xml anymore but isogen na siguro. kay sauna xml paman and they are planning to rename the company again to isogen. i wonder?!?!@?

naka exam ko sa innodata last march 2, 09, production ass. til now wa naman ko tawagi oi.
