Tanan ADSL network pariha rana ug theory... and that is shared infra. Since this is the case, users in one area is terminated to a community DSLAM that provides the connection within the area. As the number of users will grow, there will be a significant increase in traffic mao na muhinay atong connection. What matters more is the treatment of the Telcos to their subscriber and the upgrade of their own network as necessary to give good service. As all I know they already have NGNs (New Generation Network) as an upgrade and soon they will be phasing out their old network to go fully IP based network.
I have a Globe Broadband at home and so far I am quite satisfied with their support. Of course no Telco is literally perfect. It has had downtimes but the support is quite good - and automatic rebates will take effect. They have 24/7 call center to take calls for any concerns but you just have to get the ticket number for reference if you want a follow up to them. Go Globe!
