    dli low light akong camera, maong ing ana. pro na fade gyud cya gamay. 16 bit ang setting. 800X600 murag me fade to slyt negative ang color.

    i have a similar problem on an aging rig. i think its in the motherboard. i had tested the card (9800XT) on an another setup, but the card went fine, benchmarks and stress tests passed. i had the same display like yours, but in my case i can change the resolution.

    EDIT:

    try checking your 20 or 24pin mobo/psu connector bro, i just found out naay sunog ang psu connector, the one with the orange wires.

    bro sorry bro mangutana ko asa na makita nang 24pin mobo/psu lkaron paman gud ko nag kubi2x ug hardware.

    update d i na install na nako pro inig kahuman wala nay signal padulong sa screen. mag black na cya daun ma blink2x ang power sa monitor.

    well, start from scratch... uninstall your vga drivers. RESTART then, reinstall your mobo drivers specially the chipset drivers, IDE,AGP etc., reinstall your VGA drivers.
