Well basically I am urging fellow istoryans to invest in Real Estate here in Cebu especially in condotels. With the condotel concept, you will earn while your unit is enrolled in the hotel operations, meaning you wont be needing to look for tenants. Plus you can enjoy the free stays as a unit owner.

You may check the following condotel investment proposal kits for more info:

    Boracay condotel

    Cebu condotel

The trend is, when you buy condo units which still on the pre-selling stage, the earlier you buy the cheaper you can acquire a unit. And from time to time, like other real estate properties, the value of your unit will also increase.

We actually had the 12k per month promo before. But after we hit 90% sales, we had stopped selling with that promo. By July, the Ramos Tower condotel was sold-out. But due to the growing demand, the penthouse units at the top floor was converted to typical units, thus opening new units for sale and as of today very few units are left.

Don't worry, we will be launching soon a condotel project to be located at Gorordo Ave cor Mango Ave. beside Sacred Heart School for boys.

    Hi there,

I agree real estate investment is good for long term worth. According to latest land survey, property prices in London have increased more than 14 per cent over the last year, which is reasonably more than the average increase of 8.5 per cent than the previous year.
Properties in prime locations have shown an increase of 30%.Despite the costs, buyers are more interested to invest in the property market.
However for further information about current property prices for rental as well as for sale I suggest contacting a certified property consultant. I have seen some good articles at Real Estate Properties in Central London, England UK | Plaza Estates which might be of help.

That's right: Those individuals who invested wisely in real estate many years ago are living a very comfortable lifestyle. Investing in real estate can garner interesting returns, so if you're just getting started or have considered investing in real estate, the information that follows is invaluable.
take note you said "who invested wisely in real estate". Those people who lost their shirts in stock market are not doing it wisely. I have also known people on real-estate nga wala nag prosper.
