Mao ba bai bali diay ta dili ko muinom ug whey if rest day nako. whats ur reason? whey is fast absorbing protein best taken right after workout when ur muscles need it the most, same before bed nimo why do u drink it? why not low fat milk? it contains casein, a slow absorbing protein which is better taken before bed to avoid going into catabolic state (muscle lose). mao ra na ako nabasahan sauna, sayop guro to hehe ambot lang.
