What most people don't realize is that CORRUPTION KILLS!
e.g. funds for medicine and hospitals, road going to hospitals, communication and equipment for emergencies, waging wars for money, jusdges accepting bribes from druglords, mediocrity throught uneducation, etc. etc. etc.
when government funds are corrupted, it directly or indirectly they kill the beneficiaries which is the citizenry.
