Sila man ang nakauna pag put up negosyo after world war 2. square 1 man na sa una bro after sa gyera. mao to ang advantage ni henry sy sa una.

bro correct me if I'm wrong lang ha...
but I think contractualization was approved during the time of Ramos

What I am trying to point out is that if Mr. Sy would like to help the living standard of those contract workers he himself should promote long term employment for those sales ladies for example to work for his business as a regular employees so that they can also enjoy the same benefits. If he is a good leader then he will do it as an example to others.

so dili ka makaingon nga bad leader si Henry sy kay iya raman gi-take advantage ang iya rights as capitalist in this country.

business and charity are two entirely different matters...business is business and charity is charity...

i mentioned charity coz hiring employees is not in any way a charitable endeavor. it's MUTUAL BENEFIT.

it is not taking advantage. it's more on practicing his rights as a private citizen and a businessman.

so what if SM has lots of contractuals? did he violate the law? can u generate employment & economic activity more than he does?

IMHO, he is a very good role model and mentor. if and only if we all think like him, the Philippines will go high places.

the only people that thinks otherwise about Henry Sy are those envious, jealous, and back-stabbing entities, i think. worse if crab mentality nasab sa pinoy ang molihok ani...hehe
