bisan asa ka company bro expect jed ka nga naay mga sip2x naa pod mga maayo down to earth ikaoban enjoy lang gyod and learn....ok man management sa LEAR daghan training para gawas...

bitaw akong bana trabaho pod sya sa lear sa cebu mi nag kaila silbi expat sya ba..wa koi ma sulti sa LEAR ha kay wa man ko naka trabaho dha hehehehe pro akong na obserbaran lang mo hatag gyd sila ug chance nimo nga maka work sa gawas sa nasud unya libre tanan ang cost unya i guess nindot man pod ilahang mga trainings ug uban pa..ug kanang sip2x naa gyd na expect nalang daan..

I am not LEAR employee but, I am very thankful for all the tranings they share on our company before like SPC,FMAE and all QC Tools.

the ratio of salary over work - ok kaayo
we have 9.6 hours nga duty mon-fri, pero at most 4 hours ra siguro akong marender nga work the rest is surfing the net...

out of the 4 plants is 1 plant na lang jud ang naay kusug nga business then gi merged ang 3 to one plant...

LEAR PETC - as sa mga comments sa babaw... relax lang ang work
LEAR Plants - 1 head is functioning equivalent of a 2 head work.. lol
