Well guys you should try revisiting Plantation Bay again because there will be a new outlet available. It's called Savannah Park. It's not yet 100% open (probably this coming July or August) Although the Savannah Pool and also the Sunken Bar is already operational. This new freshwater pool boasts of a myriad of playful attractions: a mountain cave replete with refreshing waterfalls, submerged seating with rejuvenating bubblers, continuous ‘spring shower’ rainmakers, a complete service swim-up bar. The centerpiece is a volcano (geyser) with mountain mist and ‘morning glory’ or cascading water eruptions. The pool depth is just perfect for children, with some deeper “adult-depth” sections at one end. One will simply marvel at the sheer beauty of the pool and frolic amid tree-lined waterscapes and the calming sound of rushing water.
Created in synch with the soon-to-open Savannah Grill, the entire pool – once completely operational – will exude the sights, sounds, and the soul of the African Plains. Wild, untamed, thrilling…. yet playful in character - bringing out the zest for life in each person. A trait rarely experienced by guests in most resorts nowadays. Please visit www.plantationbay.com
i dont have to pay kay naa mn koy daghan frens didto... LUCKY MEH!
I will never exchange Lilo-an Beach in Santander --- that town at the southernmost tip of Cebu --- with the engineered Plantation Bay. I have been to Plantation Bay and stayed in one of their wind Villas --- the ones with personal swimming pools cum jacuzzi but it could not in anyway compete with the natural rusticity of Lilo-an.
In Lilo-an Beach, Santander, do not be waylaid by the Japanese-sounding resorts there. Go past by those contraptions and find that 3-cottage affair run by a local couple, quite at the end of that long stretch. I call this place "my Pinewood Studios" having filmed there 3 TV episodes and one feature in Cebuano/Visayan titled "Nagbreakfast Ka Na Ba?"
yo patrixx73: have u been to Savannah? it's so cool. i love it there. when i need a breather or when i got nothin to do, i grab the chance to take a dip.
all of u should check it out! evenif u dont swim. just check it.![]()
