We may not need the third bridge now, but surely later on, we will need it. So city planners should start thinking about the third bridge or equivalent for the future. But for the meantime, a cheaper remedy is a nice alternative.

Yup. That maybe true. We must build infrastructure for progress to come in and not the other way around in most situations though.

Para nako, di pa man kinahanglan ang 3rd bridge. Proper enforcement of traffic rules lang para mu-arang-arang ang traffic. Pero kung makapakita sila og feasibility study that says a 3rd bridge is needed gyud, then go ahead. Hopefully mga cebuano nga designers ilang i-hire para mu-design sa bridge.
