    Kagwang ni'ng AirBnb... gisagpa ko'g self-referral violation

    Ako gi-refer akong personal account thru our company account.
    Kay obviously, dili pwede gamitong among company account for personal purposes.

    Naa pod baya'y travel credits kung successful ang referral.


    I've explained everything to AirBnb support (on company & personal account separation).
    Di jud kuno pwede kay ako pod man gud kuno ang ga-handle sa among company account.
    tsk! tsk!

    Pero pwede kuno'g ako wife ako i-refer aron maka-travel credit ko.

    Well... lessons learned.

    Higher price... short term rentals

    1 more question. umm. do you think 30k per month is reasonable for a rental condo unit (1 bedroom, but no amenities.) located in mandaue?

    If strategic location and premium condo na imoha Boss, madala ra guro.

    Like my wife's friend who has a Horizon 101 studio unit in Mango Ave. (dili Mandaue)
    P48k+ per month iya agi both via AirBnb and/or other short term rental means.
    Fully furnished iyaha with aircon pa jud.

    Kung para sa taga-atoa on straight rental (long term) imoha ana, mura'g dili na reasonable Boss oi.
    Kay makakuha naman og condo ang mga tao at lesser than that per month.

    Mas maayo siguro Boss kung mo-browse ka sa AirBnb website.
    Tan-awa didto og tag-pila ang rental rates nga gibutang sa mga owners of condo units like you.
    Nya tan-awa kung which units are actually rented (those with reviews).

    That should give you a better idea.

    Airbnb brings some clients probably depends on location. For example I have this villa in Greece for sale which I prefer to rent meanwhile through many local and international booking websites. And I must say that other websites bring me more customers but maybe it is because I have my property in Greece. I assume in other countries Airbnb can work much better and profitable for the owners.

    gi check nko bro. usually nas mga 1k to 1.2k ang night rate sa mga non premium condos. Which equates to 30k/month.

    Just joined airbnb ok ra kay first two weeks naa dayun ni book Korean for short stay.
    2k/night here at Solinea. So far so good... hasol lang gyud nuon regarding payment
    kay didto sa airbnb bayad. If ok dagan in one year, plan to get another unit but dili
    na Solinea or inside business park kay bati ang rules & regulation nila. AS IN! The only
    not-so-good thing about this business venture is that Im a co-owner of the unit. hehe
    The Korean guy was actually generous in his reviews though.

    Puhon... suwayan nako ug pa airbnb amo old house sa Tisa kay daghan mid-eastern
    nag rent ug mga room didto dapita.
