OT: hope someone would invest in a similar project to be placed in the SRP (para duol lang gihapon sa siyudad sa Sugbu...)

yup, pwede man ni sa SRP (dako pa ug space)...
plus having another theme park in Cebu will not necesarily compete with the one in Manila (just like the US has a lot of theme parks) since it will cater to a different audience...
