sir, during sa launching nay naka mention na RFO na cya by 3rd quarter, july o august daw. Achievable bani? pila na ka percentage complete as of now?

@fred1981, yes rfo nani, in fact estimated target delivery is end of june, that 3rd quarter is rfo na..the developer itself told us that during our technical briefing...before gi broadcast to public ang launching sir, ga construct na sa site, and besides 4 storey building lang ni cya, dali ra mahuman.. interms sa percentage that i need to ask pa sa dev..but you can visit the site..

@santario101 , wala pay gi sell na 2bdrm units sir, will post here prices if mag sell na ang developer...for googlemap, will do, but sa karon di ko ka upload kay di maka sa ako phone.

ang parking sir,naa kilid sa mga building, pls see posted sitemap..kana mga boxes kilid sa bldg...wala man bayad parking per our technical briefing...kana p1k/month, condominium dues sa urban tipolo...but sa urban h.cortes wala pa figures for the amt...comparative lang ng p1k...
