I think Being a structured company like GMA, I`m sure they have already structurized the legalities on this move so they wont get sued back by those employees.
Those employees i`m sure would get their separation pay, but its more important to keep your job in long term rather than receiving a nifty pay that wont last in your hands in a long period of time
no, as the report say they received severance pay, thats in accordance to the labor code... just because regular employee doesnt mean nga untouchable nana sa retrenchment... most company retrench them the last kay dako kaayo na sila bayranan...
