    Nayabag na ni ron...

30KPH? Maypa sirad-on ng SRP ug bike ray pasudlon... Hilig lang jud ning pang-gobyerno nato mapa-local or national ug taphaw nga solusyon...

Unsaon, sa mga maglukat ug lisensya, 10% ra man gud ang moagi ug driving proficiency exam, ang 90% toa miagi sa mga fixer, in w/c naa poy contact sa sulod sa LTO.

Ang problema ani is dili man ang speed but OVERspeeding, lack of implementation of the max speed limit, and lack of driver education. Too many times I have seen accidents happen there usually involved drivers with new cars which probably they are not too familiar with. The last two times I have seen an accident there was a brand new Montero and the other incident was a new Rio. Both still had conduction stickers and very brand new. Both accidents may gani na lang ky sila ra pud na disgrasya. Take note, separate incidents ni ha but both swerved at high speeds which over turned their vehicles. My point here is if you have a new vehicle, know it really well first before killing yourself with reckless moves. Kadto Montero ky nag sunod man jud ko ato sa may Carbon area pa lang and it seems that it was racing this blue Honda hatch. Both were fast. They left me behind right around going up the ramp. The next time I saw the Montero was it was freshly wrecked right near the bend kana after sa SM, atbang sa Kasadya sa SRP ba na. Perting gubaa sa Montero na brandnew. The Rio na na disgrasya was ni kalit lang pud ug swerve while doing more than 60 and I know this because I was right around 60 myself and judging that by how fast he left me behind.

I also noticed this na kana bend dha sa may SRP is not inclined towards the curve as it should be. Sa gawas bitaw, ang curves ky medyo inclined siya to compensate for the speed. I dont know why we don't follow that here. It does not have to be radically inclined but a little inclination and sticking to max speeds should help.

Overall, I think it is driver education and not just changing the max speeds.
