    if the housing you mean is like kanang mga deca or camella homes... YES! they are overprice.... considering if magloan sad ka.... cguro dli nimo ma feel kaayo if your paying lets say 7k every month but e.total nimo tanan gbayad nimo for 25years if nagloan ka.. gosh.. kadako!.. and kasagaran pa jud kay murag dli kaayo nindot pagka construct.... and to think kanang mga worh 1m nila kay gamay kayo ang lot... and row house pa jud.... What I did is that I bought a lot na data2 na walay interest more or less mga 300k ra and ang lot area is 60+ sqm (which is bigger compared sa mga deca/camella or other rowhouse subd)... and if makatukod nakog house dha pako mo loan sa pagibig for house construction.... sa 1m na maloan nako masdako na balay na matukod... dili pajud rowhouse.... hehehe

    naa man sad 100+ sqm na h&l sa deca, corner lot but mejo taas jud presyo niya kompara sa inner or standard area nga huot jud nuon...

    It think this is basically "law of supply & demand" plus inflation thingy.

    In addition lang, kanang sa mga subdivisions & townhouses, momahal jud na kay gibuhatan naman ta daan og karsada, drainage, poste sa kurente, waterpipes, kural at marami pang iba. Naa pa man gani swimming pool og gym ang uban. Nya ang uban kay included na ang transfer of title sa price.

    I think fair ra man ang prices.

    Ang mga house and lot, ok ra price. Condominium mai overprice. Duol nas 100th per square meter. Bantay pod, kai duol pod 10th taxes & maintenance kada bulan. Sa ma ilad rana. Puyo ka mingla or liloan, Mabuang pod kas traffic. Naa bya tai trabaho

    overhyped ra kaayo ang real estate market diri sa cebu oi... tupong2x na sa manila ang presyo, usahay, mas mahal pa gyud relatively speaking...

    huwat nalang tag property bubble diri sa cebu... sa manila hapit na... barato nalang mga condo didto kay halos left and right naa nay mga condo...
