.. i don't know much about the history of Crips and Bloods but as far as these cebuano Crips and Bloods, they're just a bunch of freaking wannabes. But unfortunately, these wannabes are turning out to be REAL THREATS and VIOLENT. I have a neighbour who was framed up for murder by one of these gangs.

you're not generalizing it or are you? coz i happen to be a CMW for almost 12 yrs now(though no longer active) but i see that i don't really fit to your description of what a CRIP is..
