helo there!!
my mom used to study culinary as her sideline (she graduated at Caro and Marie) while she's in the office and i think she has a lot of knowledge when it comes to baking and cooking coz she also studied cooking any kinds of dishes like japanese,etc.. the only lesson that's left for her is fondant cake coz she cant leave her work kai bz au iya position..

and also , she used to handle cooking and baking lessons in our home...

nana pud xa mga suki for bday cakes,wedding,debut and other occasions... we also supply wedding cakes, bday, etc at Castle Peak Hotel.. mybe i can send u pics if u want...

she also graduated Balloon making, cookies, chocolates, icing flowers(the one used in cake decors)....etc...
she also bakes the most yummy crinkles in town!! (my buyers could tell)..
talented au ako mom nuh? hehe

maybe if u're interested u can pm me or text me coz i think she has a plan of giving lessons pud for her new officemates..im sure ull learn a lot coz naka biz jud iya students..

Caro and Marie is a nice "boutique" school. Its quite comparable to the culinary schools i have been to in Manila. Chef Rose Garcia is also nice and accommodating.

daghan man option ang gusto makahibalo. it has to start with the desire and interest. kadtong medyo concern sa fees, here is my suggestion. invest first in basic cooking materials like mixer, maski kadtong hand held or multi user nga gamit pang kitchen, mga baking sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups, etc. dapat naa kay oven, maski kanang kauban na sa gas range para lang maka practice ka sa balay. there are a lot of tutorials online like youtube or ehow nga puede ra nimo masuon. there's a lot of recipes available online if u have internet at home. u can take advantage of this. kung makahibalo naka sa basics, its easy to upgrade your knowledge na. para nako, u can learn on your own if u have the right tools
