A 7-year old boy survived after falling from the upper ground floor of SM City Cebu around 7 p.m. Tuesday. The boy reportedly bumped his head into a glass barrier that shattered. He was rushed to the hospital. SM City Cebu texted ABS-CBNNews that the child is now conscious and is being attended to by doctors.

why blame the Mall when ang real culprit ani ang parents or ang guardian.. NAGDANGHAG lang siguro ang nagbantay aning bataa.

Just because you brought your child in a public place doesnt necessarily mean that the public place has the right or managot maunsa man nang bataa.... The railings in that Mall are built to ward off people including tots/children.. but it doesnt give any rights to have them shoulder the full blunt of responsibility of some irresponsible individuals who can't even tend or look after their child esp in a public place.

saw this on facebook... according to some posts, stable na daw ang bata.. tsk3.. trauma jud for the child. very kumpyansa ang guardian... dapat jud dili na pasagdan ang bata mag lean anang mga glass uie.. :*(

I tot lig.on ug shatter proof ng glass railings sa SM..bisan naay sala ang parents but the mall will also be questions about the durability of their premises.i dont say its substandard but who knows.

Kuyawan bitaw ko daan anang mga ingon ana. Simbako diay ba naay freak accident, ma timingan lang jud ta nga weak ang glass.

Similar rapod anang sa mga building, especially high rise. Dili ko ganahan mag dikit2x ana, or maka kita ug bata nga mag sandig2x sa glass. :o

Karon nahitabo na jud ang akong gekahadlokan...

Kusog2 gyud to pagka banggaa kahibaw naka sa mga bata hilig ug dagan2 sa mall wa siguro magukod sa gabantay..timing didtos nibangga sa,maybe one of those dili lig.on nga glass railings.worst nightmare sa parents but thank god hes safe.
