pray the rosary.. it'll help both emotionally and spiritually
depression...one of the most abused or should i say misused words...FYI lang...only a clinician can diagnose someone with this condition...a psychologist or psychiatrist for that matter...and by that they too are the only ones that can give you the meds that you need
I have to agree with RR. TS, i would take the suggestions given to you here with a grain of salt.
Best check with a qualified psychiatrist and or psychologist.
Medically diagnosed Depression is not a joke.

Happiness is a warm gun
Well to me it works... Nothing like a good range time to blast the blues away...
If it is something more serious, go see a professional for help.

I suggest you take Cortitrol (food supplement). It stabilizes your depression without any side effects, so, it's okay kung I-take everyday. I know a coach sa atong foot ball team sa phils who use this since it really works for him and he is using it for 15 years na. Don't take drugs, it makes it worst. According to Dr. Daniel Amen, the more na maka-promote ug greater damage (especially sa brain) ang anti-depressants.
