    ^^prove it first
you've heard the conversation right?Â* You believe Garci and all other election operators did the thing for free?

you've seen the blue billboards and big pictures of GMA that sprang out at the time of the election... what was that for?Â* It cost Phil money...

Billions in farm funds used for Arroyo campaign
OUR latest report follows the trail of nearly P3 billion released by the Department of Agriculture (DA) during the 2004 presidential campaign. Our investigation found that big chunks of that money were diverted to congressmen, mayors and governors who are allies of President Arroyo. We also found that a portion of the money mysteriously ended up in the hands of obscure private foundations and companies. At least one of these foundations doesn’t exist, according to records of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). From the foundations, the money was siphoned to the Arroyo campaign, say DA insiders, Commission on Audit investigators and farmers’ groups.

it's not only limited to GMAs re-election, all administration candidates abuses this power.

GMA is not the only politician who called Garci..even Erap admitted that He called him for some favors..does that mean Erap's handing something to Garci also?

ERAP calling Garci or Abalos? haven't read that news. If that favors involved manipulating votes I believe he did...

was jambi an incumbent official? but still it doesn't limit the possibility. All i'm saying is this official should not use people's money for their own good. That's why our constitution strictly prohibits a president to have a 2nd term. Mao ang gilikayan ani.

yup especially those businessmen... coz ordinary workers wala sila'y eskapo sa tax. unlike those businessmen nga buhaton tanan magic para mo gamay ang ilang tax.
