    @ TS

if you use an i5 or i7 ... mas maka kuha ka ug a bit faster framerate... i3 3220 can only run your g50 ti boost 2 pcie 2.0

maru ayu ang intel ilang ki cripple ang i3 3220 instead of making it pcie 3.0...

i noticed it when i was playing planetside 2 with an i3 3220 versus and i5 3550 while using the 650Ti boost

around 20% increase pag ilis nako ug proc..... must be because na pcie 3.0 cya pag ilis nako to i5 3550.

    BTW:

    im also using a 650 Ti boost 1gb version lang and an i5 3550 in a MSI B75MA-E33 with 8gb 1600mhz rams

Planetside 2 is also cpu intensive bro, that performance increase you are seeing is most likely due to the processor upgrade and not pci-e bandwidth related. You'll only see a difference in dual card configuration but even 2 GTX 680 SLI will only give around 4% boost and that is depending on the game.
