i think this presumption is likely correct since he already spent more than 3yrs in surigao before his wife left him. true that we still don't know what really transpired between him and his wife or how he ended up in cebu but the fact is he was scammed out of his pension and his properties even before their relationship went sour. they lived in zurich for 7yrs. siguro naman if dili maayo ila relationship didto palang the wife would have left him since didto raman sila nagkita (as per the article). the wife purposely deceived him saying the house cost 3.5million when in reality it was only 1.8m. sakto ba? but nevertheless it was still a travesty. siguro makita man nimo ang outlook sa kinabuhi sa usa ka taw the way he carries himself even at times sa crises. he didnt wane. he didnt put his tail between his legs and ran to the embassy. he persevered. he found a way to survive. in a land strange to him. and even just for that, thats commendable in my book
