Ive work a guy from Manila in of our projects here in Cebu who develop POS used by all Rustan branches and I guess Goldilocks ... using open source and multi platform QT programming!!!! and the speed is awesome!!!!

i think vb6 is the most widely used language in the world... there are a lot of things u can do with it and its not that hard to familiarize..

Ive work a guy from Manila in of our projects here in Cebu who develop POS used by all Rustan branches and I guess Goldilocks ... using open source and multi platform QT programming!!!! and the speed is awesome!!!!

Someone told me Rustan is using Linux for their POS, is it correct? It makes sense since it's QT programming so it's multi-platform.

Make sure nga kahibalo ka ug programming ug kahibalo sadka sa systema sa POS before ka mo himo kay bisag nakahibalo paka sa process sa POS unya dili ka kahibalo mo program mag lisod gyudka ana. Sayon rana huna hunaon pero ang trabaho ana dako kaayo kung dili kapa sweto. pero sa ako nga taud taud na nag himo ug programs using vb6 and sql naka himo rako ana for 1 week ra ug still running until now sa ako mga clients.

To develop POS(point of sale) Program. Just study SDLC(system development life cycle) for u to be able to determine the scope and boundary, and constraints of your POS System.

Guys, ganahan unta ko kat-un himo program na pwede nimo magamit as POS-Point-of-Sale system. I'm not a computer course graduate but i tell u i learn fast. What do u think I should learn first?

1. pag master ug usa ka computer language
2. mastera ang mga documents involve sa POS
like:
1. sales order
2. cash invoice
3. charge invoice
4. official receipt
5. sales return

i think mao ra ni ang documents apil sa POS.. but depende sa company kay uban wla man gamit ana na documents like sales order..

simple ra noh!!! fast learner man ka ha ka... GO
