This would definitely help bolster our security against China.
Though the US hasn't been righteous most of the times but during the time of need, they were there for us... it's only prudent that we show them the same courtesy. Economy rapud nato ang maka benefit.

best move for Philippines is to offer US to use military base. instant bodyguard ang US once that happens but if mo pullout sa sila while ga guera na paksit ang Pinas.

^then 2 scenarios will likely happen.

    1. US/Nato pummels nokor to oblivion, China intervenes and puts up puppet government in pyongpyang.
    2. China ,Russia and Syria will be drag into war. (nokor's closest allies.)

philippines on the other hand will probably assist in medical missions, no combat,

During the Korean War, the only veteran force the UN could quickly muster is from the Philippine Armed Forces...
A well trained US equip forces made up of veteran WWII Fighters...

Why we sent thousands of troops there when we too were recovering from World War 2 and saddled with the growing pains of being newly-independent is not easy to answer. The RoK needed as much help as it can get as a member of the UN. The US lacked the troops to readily send to meet the avalanche. Here you have an Army equipped by the US and manned by troops some of whom have fought in World War 2, survived the Japanese Occupation and who had to deal with Huks.

However, if this war goes hot again, will too will have to make ourselves ready
