What happened to Peter in his old age is left ambiguous, (although it is hinted that he will be martyred according to a prophecy in John) whether that occurred in Rome is not in the Bible and is neither historically supported.

Here's a Greek Orthodox website on Peter and Rome (I chose a third-party Christian site to avoid being bias)
Did the Apostle Peter actually go to Rome?

The elders were appointed to do a particular task. Peter concentrated more on converting his people (the Jews) and taking care of local Christian communities in provinces that were under Roman control and therefore also suffered persecution. Paul did the missionary and wanted to spread the word to the Gentiles. Which is why he traveled a lot and his journeys are among the most well documented work in the ancient world. You can even read about it in secular history books in great detail. So when I read that it was me that was going against historians I found that a bit surprising.

OK bro. The strongest argument you can make on this case is admit that, YOU DONT EXACTLY KNOW if Peter ever went to Rome, because the Bible NEVER DENIED that he went there.

What you shared is actually a just theory, WITH NO BIBLICAL BASIS at all.

However, Catholics have the literary, archeological and testimonial proof of his sojourn to Rome. Linus, Clement and Cletus (all mentioned in the Bible, and all residents of Rome) were his successors to the episcopacy and were ordained by Peter himself in Rome.

If you have read the testimonies of Roman Christians and even hostile pagans immediately after the martyrdom of Peter is proof enough.

Pope Clement's letters to James is an interesting read.

They were and have been a gentile city/nation. As a matter of fact, according to Acts, when Peter was in Ceasaria (A gentile City), he immediately excluded himself from gentile people because he doesnt want to be called unclean like rest of the people there.

Furthermore, Peter was an apostle for a Jewish nation only, while Paul was a apostle for the gentiles. Read Galatians 2.
The Jewish nation is a scattered entity bro, and Jews were very much part of the ghetto in Rome during imperial times. Therefore it cant be denied he also preached to the Jews in Rome.

Pwedi sad nga nakaabot si Peter sa Rome, pero dili man sad sure nga nakaabot siya sa Rome. It was just a tradition of the Roman Catholic church nga nakaabot siya sa Rome but there has been no concrete basis of such claim. More so the bible seems to be telling us it is impossible for Peter to go to Rome because He is not the apostle to be used by God for the Romans but Paul. So there is no concrete evidence and biblical logic that Peter eventually went there.
