Definitely a mixed breed. My guess is as good as everyone else - JRT x Daschund. The body is not curved - a JRT built is arched and high chest (very agile). The color is also pretty even, consistent with daschunds. Ears and shape of skull/face is that of a JRT.
Just saw the other photos - it may be a mix of JRT x Beagle. The length of body is not too long compared to a dashund. The paws are also big, like that of a beagle. The tail and body shape (roundness) is similar to a beagle. You got a combination of a hound and sporting dog
The eyes is also droopy with eyeliners
