Your brave freedom fighters at work:

"After a Taliban commander pronounced his verdict, Bibi’s brother-in-law held her down and her husband sliced off her ears and then cut off her nose. Bibi was abandoned, but later rescued by aid workers and the American military. After time in a women’s refuge in Kabul, she was taken to America, where she received counseling and reconstructive surgery. Bibi Aisha now lives in the US".

    It seems you misunderstood it.

The West Supporting the Islamist Rebels in Libya / Syria = Freedom Fighters
The West Against the Islamist Rebels in Mali / Somalia = Terrorists

The one you posted has no difference in the House of Saud the beacon of Sharia Law its their right on how they run their country.

Wait are we talking about Sharia Law? or the French campaign to save Mali from Islamist.

I didn't misunderstand at all. You're banging that anti-West drum again; I heard you the first time dude. BTW if you're referring to the Cold War alliances between the CIA and the Mujahideen that is ancient history, they predated the Taliban and are not the same thing. The fact that some key players remained the same is testament to the bloodthirsty nature of certain individuals. Islamic extremism as we are witnessing now is a recent phenomena and a global threat.

The Taliban and other recent Islamofascist groups cannot be called freedom-fighters or heroes in any language or context. It would be nice if you could bring yourself to admit that these people are monsters..... at least once.

Saudi Arabia... again? What do you expect to happen when:

A: Their system (while IMO barbaric) is nowhere near as extreme as what these guys are trying to implement. Is music banned in Saudi, are women banned from attending school, are children severely beaten for flying kites?

    B. Saudi Arabia does not have a mandate to spread throughout the region, overthrowing existing governments and forcing their beliefs onto other cultures. The Taliban spread violence well beyond their borders as do the Mali extremists who are very proud of their conquering.

Who says I call them Freedom Fighters? You easily forgot its the West famously coined the Islamist as Freedom / Patriots Fighters in Libya and now Syria.

Land Destroyer: US-Backed Terrorists Murder US' Own Ambassador in Libya

"McCain's "Libyan patriots" have now murdered US Ambassador John Christopher Stevens in the very city McCain spoke these words. An assault on the American consulate in the eastern city of Benghazi, the epicenter of not only last year's violent subversion and destruction of sovereign Libya, but a decade's old epicenter of global terrorism, left Ambassador Stevens dead along with reportedly three others. "

You just described the West behavior overthrowing existing governments and install puppet regimes. Btw Taliban's doctrine are inspired by Saudi Wahhabism .

    Update:
Desert storm: Islamists take Mali fight to Algeria
Desert storm: Islamists take Mali fight to Algeria - Africa - World - The Independent

Islamist militants were holding up to 41 Western gas engineers at a remote BP site in Algeria today, deepening fears that the conflict in Mali could unleash an anti-Western war across the deserts of northern Africa.

This is very bad for Hollande. I though its gonna be a swift campaign.

Freedom fighters is not a label attached to "Islamists", the term has been used (mainly by the media) when referring to opposition groups in general in Syria and previously in Libya. The opposition comprises many different groups with their own agendas.

Who says you call them freedom fighters?... Well you do actually. I posed this question:

"You still aren't condemning the actions of extremists, so what is it then.... tacit approval"?

    To which you responded:

"One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter".

I have attempted to nail you down to direct responses, alas this is about as close I've gotten to a straightforward answer. Furthermore when asked to comment about the atrocities of these extremist you have consistently dodged the question preferring to focus on your perceived Western hypocrisy.

From my perspective things are quite simple:

Flying airplanes into buildings full of civilians is bad.
    Disfiguring young women is bad.
Forcing people to live as if these were in the Middle-Ages is bad.

Lol.. dude get over it ok? I was right you misunderstood it. I was under the impression you can pick up things easily.

"One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter" <-- i was talking about the West.

There you go again with the attempted insults. If someone asks you a direct question then your response no matter how odd, evasive or misdirecting is your response. Keep talking about The West all you want, it's tiresome but you obviously enjoy repeating yourself so go ahead... enjoy.

For the record... still no condemnation of extremist atrocities from Flanker despite being asked to comment several times. You put so much effort into evasiveness. Wouldn't it be simpler just to state your position?

Just to clarify, there is no confusion on my part. The problem is that you are too attached to Clichés. You like that freedom fighters schtick... okay fine, but it's not a one-answer fits all response. Nobody is calling Islamists freedom fighters either... you have tweaked that one.

Its not my intent to insult here not my thing dude. I dont understand why you always ask my position. This is not about me but the facts on the ground about the coalition and the Islamists. Condemn what? both sides has lots of bloods in their hands. If I would condemn it should be both.
