OT: static electricity builds up on dry air. anything moist, liquid will prevent/lessen the probability of static electricity to build up.

how about the tank used in air rifles? you can have it reloaded with compressed air for a few pesos.

cause air pressure is used to push the water out of the spray thing (the one being used in farms? tha back pack thing?) but with out water..me thinks it's just pressurized air diba?
