Gandalf would destroy Dumbledore. Gandalf, Balrogs, Sauron and Saruman are Maiar which is basically a minor god in the LOTR universe.

even with just going with the movies Gandalf fought and defeated the Balrog, Durin's Bane, in the Mine's of Moria during Fellowship. Dumbledore will get squished like an ant underneath the Balrog's heel.
