i think its not really a matter of how long you know each other, the important that both of you must consider is that are you both willing to live a married life and leave all benefits of being a single and are the two of you financially capable to raise a family. So if you answer no to any of this two then i think its not yet the right time, but if the answer is yes then i guess there is no reason why you shouldnt get married. After all when you are married you have all the time in the world to know each other better, if there is something you don't like in each other upon marriage just try to adjust and fit in so that you'll end up having a happy marriage.

for me it doesnt matter kasi my mom and my dad was 10 years as gf & bf but yet d pa rin cla ang nagkatuluyan even preggy na my mom. kahit alam ng dad ko na buntis ang mom ko iniwan parin nya at nagpakasal sa iba.
