call center companies dli mo-matter sa age but mostly sa mga banks ur dgkong company gusto jud sila ug mga bata bata ug edad..

TS: gusto ka makatry sa ako natry? since elementary strikto kaayo ako papa. naa jud mi sked na sundon sa studying. 7pm-9pm jud na. ako usual alibi kay wala koy homework pero ang itubag sa ako papa kay "magtuon ra diay ka ug naay homework?" so mao na napugos ko ug tuon. and lain pud kay papilion pud mi sauna nga magtuon na normal o magtuon nga gahilak?hehehehe... either way magtuon ra japon so i prefer nga normal maski walay gana. unya he would always tell me na magstudy jud ko kay mao mana ang ako responsibilty as a student, mao na ako role sa soceity as a student. kay kung dili ko magtuon paundangon ko ug eskwela... unya hatagan dayon ko niya ug example na kung dili ko mueskwela wala nakoy tun-anan. so kay tambay man ko magwork nalang ko. unya wala man ko kaeskwela mahemo kong kargador sa pantalan o driver sa sikad o anything na hard labor ka init ug kayod sa taman na mga klase sa work. mao to naningkamot pud ko. muhilak na gud ko basta paundangon ko ug eskwela.

so naanad ko sa ingana na pattern until namatay ako papa. pero nadala japon nako until college ang study habit... dili man ko very outstanding na student pero i always make sure na i get to study jud. coz either way ako ra japon magsuffer sa unahan if i get lazy in studying. so mao na ako masulti TS, the motivation is not about setting up positive or negative reinforcements but rather it is setting your mind on what you wanna be few years from now and how would you like to see yourself then. like "hosey" mentioned, "Make a specific goal in your life..."

setting your goal in life means you have to set you priorities. what are your top 5 priorities? and if you already have those, then there goes the decision making. from the book of Stephen Covey "First things First" you have to set things around u depending on its "importance" and "urgency".

there are things that are "urgent but not important"
there are things that are "not urgent and not important"
there are things that are "urgent and important"
there are things that are "not urgent but important"

this is how you manage it...for a start.

Fresh grad ko 25 ato, naka work man lage ko as Software Developer. Determination rana bai.

if sa IT companies, dli kaayo nila mag matter sa edad, but kanang sa mga corporate offices, banks momatter jd na sila..i don't know why..

sa ako lang observation hap based sa ilang gipangita na qualifications..
