yeah...we always say that we lack the morals...but are we doing anything about it?
yes, i know that some of us are changing things for the good in our own little ways and in our own time.
But dont you think that its time that we REALLY do something about it? awareness is different from ACTIVELY DOING something about this awareness. And isn't it about time that we do something? After all, we inherit the country. Are we just to mule and sigh about this issue? Are we to leave what is rightfully ours to the hands of those who do not understand?
"Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplacable spark. In the hopeless swamps of the not quite, the not yet, and the not at all, do not let the hero in your soul perish and leave only frustration for the life you deserved, but never have been able to reach. The world you desire can be won, it exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours." -Ayn Rand

Well, sugdi sa imong kaugalingon. If you see any corruption happening, report it. If you are too afraid to report because of death threats, resign from your job than being a part of the corrupt system.
Speak out and let the corrupt and immoral know what he did is wrong. Dont condone cheating moreso with lying. Always keep your dignity intact by being always an upright citizen. Avoid improprieties. Be firm. Be strong.
a big fat NO! let us not kid ourselves please. we deserve better than this.
there is a problem of attitude, but it pales in comparison to the actual problem of material.
1.) Lack of jobs (unemployment and underemployment) ours dangle between 10 -13% quarterly. and that is the figure that accounts for those which are registered as unemployed. third-world countries (who lack social benefits for the jobless) have this exasperating lack of accurate data on unemployment as people do not see any reason why they should register. and of course, the minimum wage issue is related to this problem.
2.) Landlessness seven out of ten farmers do not own the land they till. they are bound by feudal and semi-feudal relations of exploitation as tenants, farm workers or lease-holders. a few families control vast tracts of land: 60 percent of the agricultural lands are in the hands of 13 percent of the landowners. The biggest landlords own more than 20 percent of all agricultural land.
let us not attribute this country's state of squalor on it's citizens who are the victims in this horrid scenario of utter mismanagement. and let us not be too narrow to only see attitudes (which most of the time are mere reactions to the current state they are in) rather than actual concrete conditions that create this devastation.
please guys. give yourselves a break.

A perception of naught
Where the majority remains caught
Loving a lie
Not realizing in Adam, all die
