wow its a nice movie and addition to the franchise,
Im a bond fan, and I think this is one of the best 007 movies produced, it features things na wla sa ubang bond films, it even give some background on Cmdr Bond roots and family.
Just like "YOu only live twice" by Sir Sean, this movie sets the tone for the next Bond films...

my only comment is and I hope na mahitabu ni sa next movie:

CAN THEY put the gun barrel sequence at the start of the movie? it belongs to the start of the movie and not in the end

for me, ang nakaba-barog sa ako balahibo ug halos na subra ko ka excited tan.awn kay dli ang Ashton DB5, dli pd ang revelation and ang BIG twist sa last..

BUT, when I saw the coat hanger first, nakareact dayun ko! its the same coat hanger that was feature on the old 007 movies during COnnery and Lazenby time, and ofcourse M's office with that double sided doors.. its the old set that really got my attention! as a bond fan, this is a tribute and a salute for the franchise 50th anniversary of existence..

other references.
1) Scotland -- because of Sir Sean Connery performance as Bond in Dr. No, Ian Fleming created a Scottish lineage for Bond. Sir Sean is Scot
2) Vodka Martini served as shaken in Shanghai casino - without the explicit request from Bond.
3) Bond ordering M's assistant to investigate and give the result "For her eyes only".
4) The exploding pen reference from Q.

Plus the two twists ensures that Craig's Bond resets to the original setup (except for a younger Q).

Watch nya mo sa wla pa kita for both Bond fan and action/spy fans, highly recommended!

laki man jd ang original na M featured in Ian Fleming's books ug mga karaan movies, nagsugod lang si Judi Dench as M katong pag Brosnan era na sa Golden Eye.

diri sa davao, puno mga sinehan. pero dili kaayo ko ganahan sa movie.

there's a scene where bond complained kay ang gihatag nga gadgets ni q kay radio ug pistol ra (with hand print recognition) and q answering back "what do you expect? an exploding pen? we don't do that anymore" (or something like that) murag gipagawas sa skyfall nga they are moving away from the old james bond genre of unrealistic spy gadgets, but then there's also a scene of bond retrieving an old aston martin vehicle of previous jb movies equipped with gadgets like ejector seats and machine guns (just like what sean connery used). inconsistent kaayo. they are also trying very hard to be funny by referencing the old jb movies.

as what i've said on another thread, for me its almost a 3 hours yawnfest but sa akong kumpare, its almost a 3 hour snoozefest (nakatulog sya intawn)

the ashton martin DB5 and the references from old movies are needed and necessary since this movie celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Bond movies.
Mas nindut man gani wla na mga fancy gadget but the real cold-blooded spy jd ang gipakita kay murag unrealistic na jd kaayu tng mga Brosnan movies tungod sa ilang mga gadgets na gifeature plus the villains.
