According sa akong usa ka classmate nga ni transfer+shift dri sa USC, quality man ghapon iyang education didto plus barato pa, pero ni balhin lng cya dri kay mas daghan man daw og opportunity makuha if from cebu daw ka graduate kaysa didto. Advantage na daw kay ilado na ang school.

Booming ang economy sa cebu mas dali ka ma hire if diri naka gikan nag graduate.. compare adto ka sa mindanao graduate mas mo prefer pod ang mga employer sa cebu nga cebu graduates pod kay they know asa ang reputable schools in cebu..

I beg to disagree. Statement is without basis your honor. If diri ka nag-graduate mas dali ka madawat ug work diri? Totally not true. Cebu offers an even playing field to each and every citizens be it a Cebuano or not. Ka-discriminating gud sa imu statement nga mas iprefer sa employer ang mga Cebu grads. Unsa ba labot anang mga employer sa reputation sa imu school. Take in to consideration ang call center. Do you think school still matters to them? Dili kay they are in to numbers. Their clients is expecting them to reach a certain number of staff if not they will not meet the agreed contract resulting to a penalty maybe or termination.

Being independent and getting to live in a newer environment, ( plentier bars, chicks, and part time jobs are readily available)

But on the Education Institution scene, I cannot agree if Cebu offers better Universities, since Mindanao has it's top guns too..e.g. Xavier University, Ateneo de Davao U., CMU and Liceo de Cagayan University, which tops nationwide ratings and PRC.

I study in USC and I have a handful of friends who graduated high school from Xavier University and Ateneo de Davao. According to them, facilities are scarce in their schools so they decided to study here. Most of them are currently studying architecture and sciences like Biology and Physics. Apparently, universities in Cebu are not left behind on national rankings.

I'm not from Xavier University ( Ateneo de Cagayan) but I knew about it because of the PRC results. It's one of the best school for Engineering and Medicine, not high school . Of course, high school ra gud sila taman, ipa try sila sa Atenean style of teaching sa X.U colleges.
