If ki-at ang bata, that is normal. Basta dili lang pod sobra kay ADHD nana.

If dili ki-at inyong bata, pirmi lang magpuyo, maguol mo. Basin autistic na.

That is why I am supporting this ordinance. Ngano pasakitan man jud ang bata nga ingon ana man jud na ang bata? What the parents should do is to CONSTANT guidance and teaching.

It's a disaster waiting to happen. We shouldn't strive to be raising our kids like how they raise their kids. They don't fear authority tungod sa Nanny culture. Ayaw lang sad nang "excessive" sad.
I agree. We even have undisciplined adults, how much more with the children. Banning corporal punishment as a whole is a disaster. I agree with Councilor Daluz to exclude parents in this measure. I doubt if everything is being defined in the draft ordinance since this may create unfavorable result. These councilors need a slap in the face if needed. No worries since no penalty for that.

So what you're saying is you cannot enforce effective discipline to your children without inflicting physical pain and/or verbal abuse. Therefore ok ra pud tingali nimo nga ibalik ang corporal punishment sa school, with the teachers being the alternate parents?
As i remember when i was in kindergarten and elementary years, teachers can pinch; pull the ears, or let us squat holding books on each hand under the sun, or they drag us thru our uniforms. Pero karon panahona kung teacher ka, suwayi gani labay eraser sa imo studyante.. So ok ra na nimo buhaton na sa mga teacher sa imo anak as their second parents while in school?
