***ang iya receipt, or proof of purchase, is defective na daan ang description so the liabilty of JUNREX kay wala na. Unsa man daw proof sa consumer nga dili defective iya gipalit when in fact it is stated in the receipt nga defective? Wala man gud siya good argument nga mahimo. Am not siding with JUNREX ha but, it's nature of the stores here in the philippines nga makalamang (pero dili tanan ha) mao kita consumers should be aware.

Its clear She was SHOCKED to note that it was a defective unit after reading the receipt........ Meaning SHE WAS not INFORMED or WORST she was DECEIVED....
So As I said... even though the policies here are not the same as the USA...
There are things that can be done........
Clearly it was DECEPTION..... and DTI has a Policy against DEceiving consumers.....
