In order to achieve that dream you need to lay out your financial plan....coz for me without it any person nga nangandoy magpabilin ra gihapong pangandoy.
Take it step by step bro according sa plan nga imong gihimo. Gusto kang madato but how do you define dato? You have to be definite sa imong plan....example to have Php100M before reaching the age of 60. Given your current resources and skills, how are you going to achieve that dream? Make a long-term financial plan then break it into shorter terms. And the most important, you have to educate yourself, develop your inner self and listen to people whom you consider successful.

While I haven't personally bought bonds yet, I'm planning to. As what I've known it will be available on Feb.21~29 in BDO , 15 and 20 year bonds coupon rate at about 5%. I do believe it's easy to redeem your money should you want to redeem it before maturity.
Here is a link for some of your inquiries about bonds:

Can an investor sell his investment in the RTBs after the Issue Date?
RTBs are considered marketable securities and have historically enjoyed a secondary market. The Selling Agents from whom the RTBs were purchased may assist the investor in selling the RTBs on a best-efforts basis in the secondary market at prevailing market rates.
Hope this helps.
