As of this date, you are more likely to get hit by a Bus than finding a Wii here in the U.S. I am one of those lucky ones who got one for my Kids last Christmas 06. My brother is still searching for a Wii for his kids as well.

sad to say wii and gamecube have the same graphics, the only difference is the new nunchuck controller and the media

i'm pretty sure the graphics will get better once the developers find out how to harness the power of the hardware. this has always been the case of nintendo consoles... i can still remember how donkey kong jr looked like a ps1 game on the snes when it came out when the snes was getting old...

you're better off looking for one in hong kong.. just bought mine the past weekend, at 2750 HKD US Version (non-modified). but i saw more at Sham Shui Po at the Golden Computer Arcade to be exact, (D Exit from MTR i think), mga 2500 HKD ra.. plus if you buy extra wiimotes and nunchucks and games from the same store, u can haggle for more discounts. their zelda there was only 380 HKD, @P6.40 per HKD, thats around 2400php only.. kewl jud kaayo ang wii... dont buy here in Cebu, its too expensive.
